In order to analyse DSSCs you can use normal I-V measuring set up to measure its terminal I-V curves as the normal solar cells. You can measure the dark and illuminated I-V curves. You can measure also the external convention efficiency provided you have a photo spectrometer as variable wavelength light source.
If you are interested in measuring the properties of electrodes then you have to measure the solar cell electrode versus reference electrode inserted in the electrolyte between the anode and the cathode, then you use potentiostat.
