In my research questionnaire, there are 10 items in 5 point Likert scale questions.Those 10 items were analysed under scoring system.But under the attitude section of my questionnaire there are 4 other questions which are not likert scale type.Is it ok if I analyse those 4 questions as frequency and percentages?
Hasanthika C. Adhihetty Yes. One typically analyzes data from groups of items with different response scales separately. In fact, it may not even be possible to combine them if these 4 items use a nominal scale, for instance.

It is no harm having measures differently. But, you have to have two sets of data for analyses if you have two different scales. If you want to bring them into a common framework to put together in a single scenario, then all items should be brought to a single measure of units. Still, you can consider those 4 items as nominal measures as indicated by Blaine Tomkins.

More information required from you: You have not indicated whether the 10 questions are measuring the same variable and the 4 another variable or they were all intended to measure one variable?. This is important. Nonetheless analysing them separately is ok.
Likert scale data can be analyzed using parametric or non-parametric approaches. Yes, the non-likert scale data can be analyzed as frequencies or percentage values, which are more of descriptive statistics. Best wishes
