How to allocate "N" subcarriers into "K" users and "M" relays in downlink multi-user multi-relay OFDMA cellular networks?

Hi dear Respected Researchers, in multi-user multi-relay cooperative OFDMA cellular networks, we have two-time slots to complete the connection between serving BS and user. In the first time slot, we have two links (BS-Relay) and (BS-User) and then in second time-slot (Relay-User). My question is: if we have "N" subcarriers, how to divide them to these three links?.
