How to add dlib toolkit to Dev C++ via Visual 2010?

I want to work with dlib tookit in visual 2010 and Dev C++ 5.11 but I cant set the path. I created an empty project and add dlib/all/source.cpp and I add the path trough project>>project option>> directions and I also added the path trough tools>>compiler ooptions>>directions and i added it to variable environment. but none of these doesn't work. any help will be appreciated.
