All of my publications are being shown in another person's profile with the same name. I have claimed authorship multiple times; however, I continue to get the following response:
If you are in fact the author of these publications, please request authorship of them and provide us with more information to help us confirm that they are yours.
But when I click on the claim authorship option, there is no way to provide any information at all. Please note that I have included all my affiliations in my profile. I also tried to reach out to them through the 'contact us' option, but got no response. It seems they are running a scam business and do not care about the actual authors. The only option I am left with is filing a lawsuit against them. Did anyone else face a similar issue, and how did you solve it?

then I see two other options:
-Request the first author to try the edit or remove co-author information option
-Report this person https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Md-Toufikuzzaman
