Now a days I am dealing with to get fast glass transition temperature. I know using cyclic aliphatic amines we may get fast Tg. But anyone can help with some more information?
The value of the glass transition temperature depends on the strain rate and cooling or heating rate. Glass transition temperatures are very variable ranging from 140 °C to 370 °C according to the grades, curing process and the moisture content. Determining an ideal glass transition temperature depends on the desired physical properties of the material itself, along with the application and environment in which the product or material will operate. In some report they mention that using small amounts of Multiwall carbon nano tube can lower the Tg.
