Bang gap depends on many factors. Give more details of your basic material and desired dopant . So that other's can help you easily.

When the concentration is low of ppm level band gap do not change as in case of doped n or p type semiconductors. However, when concentration is high, a new alloy or compound will be formed which will have different band gap. The increase or decrease will depend on the type of dopant in the host material.
