How teaching of cloud computing can be taken in depth considering the concept of computer architecture and operating system?

Cloud computing is usually taught with a layers above physical infrastructure. However, if concepts of architecture and OS also needs to be covered as how architecture and OS are playing the role to deliver cloud services then how it can be done.

Further, which reference material can be referred for such learnings.
