A home that suits everyone is not a realistic goal. In my humble opinion, well-being, even if it has common features in the field of housing, depends largely on individual and cultural parameters. Needs and lifestyles are closely linked to human culture, to geographical conditions such as climate, soil type or the country's position on the world map. This is part of the individual and family culture inherent to each people. The culinary art of each country, and even of each region within a country, is linked to local culture and traditions. Sustainability is meaningless if it is not linked to living conditions and human characteristics. Habitat or food culture are not universal, and even different people can live in similar spaces and eat the same type of food to ensure sustainability. Because over time, people will lose their roots, and this will be a great loss for humanity. Our wealth as human beings lies in our diversity. If we lose it, we lose our specific identities and part of our humanity.
