How stable is Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) in alcoholic solutions?

What is the percentage of ethanol in water (w/w) does HRP maximally stand? Does it get destroyed, or does it just partially crack up?

I managed to test it myself. Its pretty stable, 30 minutes at 90 % of Ethanol didn't cause any distinct decrease of the activity.
