There appears to be some evidence that the measures are reliable and valid, but equally there appears some doubt about the 5A's component of the PACIC+ instrument.

I'm planning to use the PACIC as part of the assessment of the success of the implementation of a collaborative care model for depression. I've found a version specifically modified for depressed patients. However, I do not have information about its validity (taking into account that the modifications on the original test are relevant). Has anyone used this version of the PACIC? Any information on its psychometric characteristics?
