For ORR catalyst development,different methods have been applied to study activity of new materials that mostly compared with commercial pt/c(20%).what is onset,have wave potential for Pt/C?...here fig below different result measured at 0.1 M KOH

O2 + 2H2O + 4e -> 4OH- Eo= 0:40 V vs: SHE ,but always less than 0.4 due to over-potential.Can be also above?(look fig c and d).please help me little bit confused !

In order to understand these images you must first make sure that you have everything relative the same reference electrode. In your images you use 2 different once, which makes it impossible to compare. As you are interested in comparing the data to the SHE, I suggest that you change the voltages of the images to the SHE scale. Once that is done you will have a easier time interpreting the data.
