I wonder if it is that emotional intelligence increases self confidence while physical activity has a holistic beneficial effect on the individual . . . and all this has a positive effect which enhances happiness.
Physical activity has been statistically means of improving mood and reducing anxiety. In addition, there is an element of self discipline with adaptation as exercise as part of an individual’s daily living. These factors improve overall sense of self esteem and self confidence. Emotional intelligence, in my humble opinion, is developed by face to face interactions with others. Development of emotional intelligence leads to improved interactive skills and improved sense of self and in interactive situarions. When reviewing the benefits of physical development and improved interactions, one may determine the individuas may deminstrate improved self confidence.
