@ Abdulahi, Due to drought and cold high level of livestock death and the remaining livestock also shift or migrate to other parts of the country which gets resource use conflicts. So, pastoralists have also been diversifying their livelihoods through engaging in petty trade, mainly the selling of cattle, in order to fulfill their need as well as start rearing the goats and sheep insted of cattle which are climate friendly and also engage in other professions like ecotourism etc.
