There are 3 classes of ideas in the classical view of the world (before 20th C)

1.Absolute time & space i.e space is independent of time and there is no time contraction or observer motion dependent def of simultaneity

2. Determinism and accuracy i.e good theories and science are exact

3. Isomorphism and isotropy i.e if you see 1 star as around then all should be

The hypothesis: If physics knowledge and perception is propagated at least 70% by high school teachers, who hold classical views and their sophistigation is cast in these and not the modern, then the model of physics based thinking & by extension inference about the world impressed to society, is problemstic.
