How one can validate a numerical model developed in Ansys-Fluent for laminar-turbulent transition in internal flows?

Let's say if we use a model like Transition k-kl-w or Transition SST model. Particularly I am talking about the laminar-turbulent transition of mixed convection in a vertical tube subjected to uniform heat flux.

Q-2. Are there any other models available in Ansys-Fluent apart from these two that can tackle this transitional regime?
