It probably depends on the plant species. See the attached paper, under a continueous lights, several reactions in the plants will change, including photosynthesis rate, and the Calvin Cycle (the Dark recation). Overload the Calvin Cycle, by feedback reaction, the carbon fixation rate can be reduced.
