How much accuracy is basically needed to classify an infectious disease by using any data mining classifier where all the input data are instances obtained related to the clinical parameters of that diseases. Moreover, how much training cases should also be there to train the algorithm.

You can use for classification Cluster analysis, or combination of Prinsipal Component method (PCA) and Cluster Analysis. You must have more than 50 data to apply PCA and Cluster Analysis. You can see in my profile - there are two papers with application of Cluster Analysis - one for classification of railway station, and other for metro system. This is different from your area of study, but the general is the application of a classification method.
