Minorities are most vulnerable sections in almost in many states across the globe. The major challeges what they face are challenges i.e. insecurity, lack of development, unemployment, less participation in mainstream political process and social and educational backwardness etc. I believe no democracy can grow up until we will not evolve and engage all segments of our society.

The facist mindset and ultra chuvinism are major drawbacks in our democracies. Tolerance and quality of accomodation are also lacking.

I believe the government must ensure socio, economic and political justice with all section without any barrier. Government must also utilise the methods of inclusion and must stop policies of exclusion.

Particularly, sensitisation is highly required so that minorities could feel that they are also sun of the soils not aliens. I mean government must use every macro and micro method to overcome all challenges faced by minorities.
