Hello @Ritesh, my answer to this question is several times a day, for a few minutes each time; although I restrict myself to RG and FB. FB is also used for research.

It is difficult to precisely determine the average time of using social media portals in 24 hours if there is no daily measurement of time in this matter. It happens that on certain days I do not enjoy social media portals at all, on some days a few minutes a day and on some days a bit more time. In addition, from time to time, the relative division of time devoted to particular types of social media portals is changing.

In our century social media covering F B, WHATS APP, now as a part of all the individual including school going children .With this according to the nature of performance of the activities , one has to spare time on social media.
This is my personal opinion
I spent more time in YouTube- 30%, WhatsApp-20, RG-20%,Fb-10%, LinkedIn 10% Twitter-5%,others-5%

The amount of time people spend on social media is constantly increasing. Teens now spend up to nine hours a day on social platforms, while 30% of all time spent online is now allocated to social media interaction. And the majority of that time is on mobile - 60% of social media time spent is facilitated by a mobile device.
The social media platforms themselves are evolving their tools and options to further attract and engage new audiences (e.g. advent of live-streaming features and 360-degree photos/videos). Newer social platforms, including Snapchat, Instagram, and now Musically, are also competing for their share of the market.
The average person will spend nearly two hours (approximately 116 minutes) on social media everyday, which translates to a total of 5 years and 4 months spent over a lifetime.
