Ling Ling .-. Maybe I do not understand the question you are trying to ask, but the powder itself is 100% and so dissolving it in water would dilute the concentration.

Rawaa Aswad .-. What is 'D' and '.w' ? If this is water, wouldn't this dilute the solution, so it could not be even close to 100%. Salim Hassan .-. if she wants a concentration of 100% how could it depend on a different concentration? I am confused by your answer.
