Do you have this data or are you trying to use an instrument to measure "scientific" analysis - not sure what your question relates to.

A most police departments have a fact checking, data collection and input entry process - with multilayer factor layered data -

If you have a data - it is also depends the kind of lens you use to investigate.

Further, you might also want to operationalize and conceptualize what you mean by scientific evidence

I want to mean that the scientific tools applied in crime investigations.

Just wanting to know - what you mean by "tools" when applied to investigation. As they are several tools used at all levels of investigation - from forensic analysis, witness statements to affidavits to finger prints, to CCTV...etc - are you able to build on this a bit more.

As you perhaps are raising a valid question here but it might need a bit of unpacking
