I've got a little misunderstanding about the convergence tables in CST and HFSS! One of my designs get converged after 5 passes, after pass number 5 it goes out of convergence to pass number 20.
And my question is that after how many passes in order to convergence in CST or HFSS, results are reliable??? Because I think my results, for example S11, are affected by this issue...

The simulator need a certain no of pass to converge means to get a result with certain degree of accuracy so it require require a certain no of pass.
THe no of pass is taken as 20 for general case so that simulator converse and give a accurate result. And no pass generally depend upon how the complex is structure.
But my structure is a periodic one and for 20 passes, my system with 8 gb ram is out of ram.
At least could I trust the results with for example 6 passes??? because based on your answer every time I have to wait a lot in order to getting my results result in changing the structure!

For HFSS 6 passes convergence should be accurate enough. You can go below upto 4 if system constraint.
But when I increase min no of passes more than 6, it doesn't converge till pass no 20! Because of that I'm in doubt with my results and there should be plenty of time getting my results and sometime it's out of ram.
Should I use a system with higher ram to get my reliable results??? or doesn't matter no of passes???

The number of passes for getting a good convergence depends on your stuture. It may go from 3 to 50 or beyond. If your structure does not converge (for example for a ds
