I have run CA-Markov for my study area after 3 days, it is working on Mola (pass 19 of 208). Is it because of extent of my study area (80 sq.km with 1x1 m pixel size, so about 80,000,000 pixels). Does anyone have Idea? Tnx.

Why not you do it with greater pixels? Try to generalize your map to low resolution (very low resolution), then check your model how it works. After that gradually move towards your main resolution.
I am approximately sure that if it had not finished by 3 days, it will not finish by other several days too.
Interrupt it and try it with your low resolution sample.
