In this Covid -19 pandemic situation, it is very much difficult to reach to the farmers and interview them for the collection of data. Is there any possible way to do it properly and safely?
According to my point of views, you should prepare a video and you can ask the questions about the current scenario during this pandemic situation. In return, the reviewers can give comment to questions asked by you in the video. Because nowadays, everyone is aware of these technology. I hope, you will think about it.
Well, in that situation, Interviewer will send a notice to the school in that village. And then each student of that school will ask them to bring the comments from their parents. Later on, the head of that school will forward all those comments to the interviewer. Other thing we can do is that, We can request to the head of the village to arrange a session for comments. I hope this will help something. Better madam, you suggest something...
In stead of interview schedule, questionnaire may be developed to minimize the risk of infection , but to get data properly. Video interviews can be made to substantiate data. Monirul Haque
Instead of interview schedule, follow questionnaire method of data collection.First collect farmers list by visiting panchayat office, complete postal address, if possible mobile no. Of farmers, then send questionnaire by post with self addressed stamped envelope so that farmers can return by post
