Everytime I perform optimization trial in HEC-HMS, I look at the objective function sensitivity column and almost all the times I find all the parameters' sensitivity equal to 0. Some of the parameters whose change seem to have great influence on runoff still seem to have sensitivity value very near to zero. What's the reason? Is there any alternative for sensitivity analysis in HEC-HMS?
