As we know, while speaking, the speech signal travels and reaches us so that we can hear the information that the signal posses. It means our mind captured the information from that signal. If this is possible, my question is: can it be possible that, when the projector projecting the information on a board, the information between the projector and the board (means the information in that rays of projector) can be captured and saved to some other location?
There are several parts to your question:
1. the "brain" as generator of information, xlating information into data
2. the transmitter of data
3. the medium the data travels
4. the receiver of data
5. the brain of receiver of data and xlator back to information
Information is in the brain and as yet cannot be stored apart from the brain.
The human brain's information can't be copied (yet).
The data can be picked up and stored at any point outside the brain.

But now i have some different thing which is not related to brain.
This is related to the information present in between the projector(source) and the board(destination). Now i want to save the in-between information to some other memory location.
Assuming you mean making a copy of the complete state of the brain and not for example writing down your thoughts on a piece of paper, no one knows how to do that. But that shouldn't stop you, or anyone from trying to figure it all out. Good luck with that.
From the speech recognition perspective, the process goes like this. The brain of a speaker thinking of a certain message to speak, then the voice articulators (such as vocal cords, lips, tongue, nose, etc.) are working together to produce the sounds of the parts of this messages (i.e., phonemes and words). On the other hand, the brain of the human listening to this message, analyzes the incoming signal through converting the frequencies of this signal to another scale (i.e., mel-scale), then the new frequencies are processed to extract a meaningful features. These features (physically in the form of electrical pulses in the brain) are compared with some neurons in the brain through a complicated process to match these features with already known phones and words, which in turn are used by the brain to uncover the full text of the message inherent in the incoming signal. There are a lot of details about this process, but this may help as a brief and general overview of how humans understand spoken messages.
