PEI with these properties: average Mw 25,000 by LS, average Mn 10,000 by GPC, branched, and PAM with these properties: Polyacrylamide nonionic water-soluble polymer with Mw 5,000,000-6,000,000

To date, my protocol consisted of mixing PAM and PEI solutions together and put them in the oven for 24 hours. I tried different concentrations of the solution, but none produced hydrogels that could be cut and tested for their rheological properties.

Can you suggest anything that could help?
