You need a consistent way to measure the plant growth and the climate change. Ways to simulate climate change are 1) to find a place where altitude changes can simulate temperature change where the same plant is growing, or 2) grow plants in greenhouses or chambers that are temperature and moisture regulated and compare the growth of the plants under these different conditions.
