How I can fix the error in Materials Studio ?

I am doing a Phonon calculation in Material studio with Castep package, but while running the job I am getting the popup message job failed :

mpid: MPi BUG : mpid lost connection to mpirun: existing

Please suggest me how to get out of this problem
