In my next research I would like to analyse if there exist sistematic differences in the ways Western firms approach with international business respect the normal modus operandi adopted by emerging countries' firms. Empirically I would like to focus on Real Estate sector.

Case studies too, to capture actual strategy
A lot depends on how you plan to define or measure (international) strategy, as it would also entail how to capture it and how easy or difficult it would be.
Strategy yes, but in terms of what? You may have to expand that.
