How could design polarization device for poling the piezoelectric materials such as the ferroelectric PZT , such device have to provide very high voltage and very low current?.
Yes it need to high voltage and very low current.
High voltage supply equipment is required.
There are several other methods which you could use for polarization why you only focus on high voltage or to design new device? Do you have three electrode system and potentiostate in your lab? you can use that too to polarize
