Feeding ECG signals generated by the Fluke is PS-410 to ECG monitors is relatively straightforward and explained in detail in the User Manual that you can find here:
So, I take it that your question actually has to do with sending the ECG signals to a PC in order to analyze them.
That is, unfortunately, not that straightforward. Most likely, you will need DAQ (data acquisition) board with appropriate amplifiers, filters and interfacing circuits.
