I am currently trying to seed HUVEC onto PDMS using collagen. However, I am not sure on the interaction between collagen and HUVEC? Or how it helps HUVEC to attach to PDMS? Need some help on the underlying mechanism. Thank you.
not sure to understand your question, but keep in mind that PDMS is a tricky material, the surface treatment are not very stable in time due to PDMS surface regeneration and leaching. I am not saying it is impossible to grow HUVEC onto PDMS, there are plenty of organ on chip tech relying on PDMS to do so (read some protocols article like this one) D. Huh, H. J. Kim, J. P.
