Resuscitation and Emergency Medicine: A training in advanced cardiac life support and advanced trauma life support makes anesthesiologists valuable resources in resuscitation and emergency response teams. They are experts in managing airway emergencies, cardiac arrest, and in-operating room life-threatening events.

Multidisciplinary Teaming: Anaesthesiologists engage in teamwork with the other healthcare professionals, such as surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, and physiotherapists, in providing complete patient care.
