Your question has gone unanswered for about 10 days now, and admittedly the reason is simple; it is not formulated clearly. Indeed, it is not clear if:

1) You need help in establishing a calculation with Quantum Espresso; if this is the case, which problem are you encountering? What part of the manual is not clear? Is the problem related to QE, or is it a more general problem with ab-initio methods?

2) You can run QE calculations and have unclear how to solve a certain physical problem; I assume this is doping your strontium hexaferrite with silver. Which steps did you take so far? How they went? Can you compare your results with the literature? Which other step do you want to take, and from where do your doubts arise?

I recommend you start clarifying your situation with respect to this research line, and then we can possibly provide some help.
