One of the recommendations I had for the determination of the chamber capacitance connected to Keithley 6517B electrometer with a build-in power supply was to determine the internal capacitance of the electrometer itself. I will appreciate if anyone could assist me with the simplest way to determine a traceable value of the internal capacitance of the electrometer with uncertainties.

I don't have expertise on this matter.
But I think that it may be possible to measure the internal capacitance by the help of an external L R circuit. The the resonance frequency you will get, you me able to find the internal capacitance.
