Annealing metallic glass Metglas 2605HB1M under Magnetic Field.

The alloy is Metglas 2605HB1M and the as received product (0.001" thick sheet) must be annealed for 2 hrs. at 320C under an applied magnetic field of 2400 A/m (see link). Would making an electromagnet, placing it in the furnace, and passing current from a power supply outside suffice? How would the orientation of the sheet with respect to the magnetic field matter? Does it need to be annealed in an inert gas?
