During network reconfiguration process the status of most of the switches will  change, now  suppose a switch is in ON position initially and after reconfiguration it is OFF and now the load connected to it will be supplied by some different line through another switch,so during this change for a small period of time the load won't get any power. And this small duration power cut is not good for many industries and is not acceptable in many countries for domestic loads also.So I want to know how electric utilities manage this problem?
