This question is based on my research during the Summer of 1999 at UIC Jane Addams School of Social Work.
I am assuming that it will open several job opportunities and improve their standard of living.
I read that a lack of job opportunities would affect the standard of living.
I know some reports 100 or 130 years earlier when Jane Addam opened her Hull House also to AfroAmrericans and she supported actively the NAACP, the National Association for the Advancement of Coulored People. There exist also reports about the bad situation of public schools , most of them seperated for AfroAmerican children in the Ghetto.
Usually, students that go to Chicago Public Schools are at a disadvantage or undeserved because they live in low income communities in Chicago like Englewood, Woodlawn, or Austin.
