Learning of language comprise of following sense's activity:

1. Listening

2. Speaking

3.Reading

4. Writing

And all these move along with understanding.

The better communicative skills results into better understanding of the language. Because language is not merely the bare form of words but it contains feelings along with itself. So expression also has the capability to change the sense and meaning of the same words. Skills and approach to communicate both play immense role in learning language.
