Hello, I'm currently doing research for my thesis on Chinese administrative law. While searching for sources, I ran into this site which (while not understanding the language) seemed useful, with some articles (though translated through google) appearing interesting.
I was just wondering how the site or payment methods work since the interface seems quite confusing.

China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) boasts extensive database resources, covering over 90% of China's knowledge resources. These include academic journals, dissertations, conference papers, newspapers, yearbooks, patents, standards, research outcomes, books, and more, with a cumulative collection of over 500 million Chinese and foreign-language documents. These resources originate from more than 80 countries and regions, over 900 publishers, and 80,000+ journals, covering 96% of JCR-indexed journals and over 90% of SCOPUS content.
In China, students and researchers like yourself typically access CNKI through institutional accounts provided by their university or local/provincial libraries, which generally subscribe to CNKI's resources for full-text reading and downloads. For independent users not affiliated with subscribing institutions, CNKI requires purchasing prepaid cards or memberships via the "Top-Up" or "Membership" buttons in the top-right corner. While available, standalone article purchases or temporary access can be relatively expensive for Chinese users.
You may explore online platforms like "Xianyu" (a Chinese secondhand marketplace) where vendors sell institutional library accounts. Similar platforms might exist in your country. I could assist you in purchasing access, or alternatively, we could mutually share institutional accounts.
