I read a lot of papers on cloudsim but I don't get how cloudsim's clock actually works.at the end of the simulations it's always showing 10000.0 and it's not clear whether it operates in milliseconds or seconds or what. and I don't understand how to use it to get for example the execution time of each task.
thanks for your answer. so I assume if we get the clock at the start and at the end of the simulation and do a subtraction, it gives us the execution time in seconds. but when I test it no matter what application and code you run, the clock always shows 10000.0 at the end and shows a totally different number when I get the start and finish time of simulation using Calendar.getInstance().getTimeInMillis() and convert it to seconds.
