Although Buysse et al. (1989) declare that 'A global PSQI score > 5 yielded a diagnostic sensitivity of 89.6% and specificity of 86.5% (kappa = 0.75, p < 0.001) in distinguishing good and poor sleepers.", many researchers regard value 5 as poor sleepers. However the symbol ">" means greater than, not equal to and greater than as symbol "≥". So in this case i would score value 5 as good sleeper. What's your opinion? Thank you!
