For my college research project we are trying to grow Cutibacterium acnes which is an anaerobic bacteria so we are having a hard time figuring out how to grow it. Does anyone know if schaedler agar with k1 vitamins and 5% sheep blood will work? Also, is there any possible way to grow it without a chamber? The chamber part is is the biggest wall we keep hitting and we're running out of time. Please help!
