This has been done in the past by some radical animal rights groups. I'm no expert in the matter, but as I remember it the main steps are 1/ make the biosphere the primary point of reference 2/ hold that every living creature has an equally important role to play in the biosphere.
You're looking at species equality. But I'm not convinced that human rights are the key here. "Human" rights, presumably, are just that?
Some of those who claim species equality can protest in destructive and violent ways. Those who aren't that way are presumably free to peddle their wares on the internet. Try googling things like Animal Equal Rights. Species Equality. Biosphere Equality. And different combinations of these types of things.

logically we cannot equate animal rights with that of human rights. if the system confer certain rights it must be capable of enforcing. but how can an animal ask for justice. it is for the humans to have sympathy towards animals. it is more than sufficient if the animals are not harmed and not treated inhumanely.
Humans are part of the “animal” kingdom, hence, unalienable rights. As for “human rights” they are man-made where “justice” is a function of one’s governance. It is sad to realize many humans are unable to seek justice, relative to their unalienable rights, from tyrannical governance.
