I would like to know the different methods and applications or tools to measure the impact of PMS (in Human Resources Management) and it's effectiveness so that we can improve productivity of employees and thereby the organization as a whole.
I would tend to consider PMS as a management information system. So the employers/Managers need to make appraisal on the effectiveness, satisfaction of the PMS implementation. For the employees/users side, some concerns would be on user experience, e.g. UI, convenient/easy to use, etc.. And from the process perspective, degree of process support, process efficiency, standardization, functionality, fairness ...can be measured. Finally there might also be financial impacts when process efficiency, organization environment / human resources/ innovation / productivity changed :-)
@ Guanghui Thank you for the answer. Technically and with an engineering perspective, it is right. I would like to know more about functionally how one would measure the impact of PMS effectiness. If you or anyone else could throw some light in this regard, I would be grateful.
