I want to ask about related antioxidant activity like peroxynitrite, hypochlorous and singlet oxygen etc. In these activities only molar concentration and final volume mixture of two three solution is given like 1 ml, but not given that how much volume we should take from each solvent or solute. Can we use the same amount of each solution?
No. if 1ml reaction mixture contains 1mM of some substance as final concentration, then u prepare 10mM of that substance and add 100 microliter in to 900 microliter reaction mixture at the respective step. it gets diluted to 10 times and become 1 mM. u do same thing for other substances.
Thanks for giving answer but it is not like this ... I am asking that suppose 1mM is X solution 3 mM is from B solution And 5 mm is from Z solution and the final volume is 1 ml then how much volume we will add from each solution ?
if 1ml reaction mixture contains solution X, B, Z , then prepare10mM X solution, 30 mM B solution and 50 mM Z solution as stock solutions. Then add 100microliter of each solution in to 700 microliter saline or whatever ur buffer. This will become 1ml reaction mixture containing ur desirable molar concentration (1mM X , 3 mM B and 5 mM Z) in final volume as all get diluted by 10 times.
