How do we cite one author with different year publications in latex using APA style? . I'm using APA style citation in latex and I faced difficulty with it. I used the latex code \citet{Rubin74,Rubin78} to get the output Rubin(1974,1978) but the output I found was Rubin(1974, 9). What is wrong with it. Would anyone suggest me the solution?

If it yielded Rubin(1974, 8) or Rubin(1974, 78) that might be forgiven.... But 9?! It sounds like a page number has crept in?

I am assuming that you are using bibtex. By any chance, have you mistakenly put the year for Rubin78 as 9? Please check the bibtex entry for Rubin78.
