Actually, developing a scenario file for Lars WG requires perturbation of existing default parameters file (change in monthly precipitation, mean and st. deviation of temperature, lengths of wet and dry series and mean radiation), which is perturbed by incorporating changes in the same parameters projected by the GCMs. I want you to please guide the way of measuring that change in parameters.
